Complaints Procedure
We handle concerns fairly and in a timely manner.
Step 1: Submit your complaint
Email clients@shoulderwash.world with a clear summary, relevant dates, and your preferred outcome.
Step 2: Acknowledgement
We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days.
Step 3: Review and response
We aim to provide a written outcome within ten working days, or an update if further review is needed.
Escalation
If you remain dissatisfied, request an internal escalation review by replying to the decision email.
